Saturday, November 29 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Ortanique on the Mile will be hosting a special Thanksgiving leftovers themed cooking class.Guests will have a chance to learn how to prepare Chef Cindy Hutson’s Thanksgiving dishes: Sweet Potato Bisque with marshmallow crema and candied pecans; Turkey a la King Pappardelle with sweet peas, carrots, sweet potato and button mushrooms; and Snicker Doodle Cookies with apple pie ice cream. Each course will be complemented with champagne or wine. The class is limited to 24 people and the cost is $108 per person.
