Chef Douglas Rodriguez has relocated his signature restaurant De Rodriguez Cuba at the Astor Hotel on Washington Ave., to De Rodriguez Cuba at the Hilton Bentley on Ocean Drive with indoor and outdoor seating and two full bars, including one poolside and a 25-foot marble raw bar.
The menu includes an assortment of 15 ceviches such as Big Eye Tuna and watermelon with kumquat, yuzu, thai basil and tarragon or Mixed Seafood with mussel, clam, shrimp, octopus, calamari, lime juice, aji amarillo and sweet potato slices. Entrees list Maine Lobster infused with coconut water and thai chili, Duck Duo of chive and scallions crepa stuffed with duck ropa vieja, candied walnuts and goat cheese; Vaca Frita with avocado and tomato chimichurri, and Chicken Imperial of yellow rice with roasted peppers filled with chicken stew.

Cuban-style cocktails such as the Old Cuban and Pink Elephant and a comprehensive wine list including a by-the-glass program complement the atmosphere and accompany nightly live music with performances every Thursday through Sunday, including Afro-Cuban Funk group PALO on the first Thursday of the month.
De Rodriguez Cuba on Ocean offers complimentary parking and is located in the Hilton Bentley at 101 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach. The restaurant is open seven days-a-week for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7AM to 11PM Monday – Thursday, 7AM to 12AM Friday and Saturday, and 7AM to 10PM on Sundays.
