Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino announced today the appointment of Ralph Pagano as Executive Chef of Ten Palms Restaurant and all its concession stands.   Pagano will also supervise and oversee all private parties and events at Gulfstream.  A native of New York, Pagano comes to Gulfstream after serving as executive chef at STK Miami in South Beach. His culinary skills have earned him appearances alongside Bobby Flay on Iron Chef America and Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen.
