Gaetano Ristorante celebrates its first summer with a special Italian lobster pasta dish everyday for dinner during the week of June 7th (Monday through Saturday) and every Thursday from June 17th on.

The special Summer Menu, designed by Chef Gaetano, includes Italian linguine or spaghetti topped with fresh baked Lobster for $19 plus tax and tip. In addition, the daily menu also showcases Italian dishes such as the Tuscan specialty Ribollita, a vegetables and cannellini bean soup;  Paccheri al ragu napoletano,  large tube pasta with slow braised ragout of short rib of beef, and basil- flavored tomato sauce. Another signature dish is the Ossobucco di Vitello da Latte e Risotto Allo Zafferano, a milk fed whole veal shank with saffron risotto.
