assagioAssaggio del Forno, the newest addition to The Max Group’s restaurant offerings, has expanded its menu to include classic Italian-American favorites like Veal Saltimbocca, Veal Piccata, Chicken Marsala, Shrimp Scampi Bruschetta and Lemon Roasted Murray’s Chicken, in addition  to its popular wood fire pizzas, antipasti, wood oven baked meatballs and salads.
 
The Max Group Partner, Chef Patrick Broadhead, serves as the restaurant’s executive chef and the General Manager is David Simes.
