On Food & Wine

Alton Brown and the producer of Top Chef have teamed up for Cutthroat Kitchen, a new cooking show on the Food Network . They are seeking Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs and Private Chefs with a great personality who love winning as much as they love cooking!

The show is a more strategic/mischevious version of Chopped and chefs have the opportuinty to win up to $25,000.  The time commitment is no more than two days in Los Angeles and they will begin shooting in June.

I've been a chef for over 20 years. I'm third generation chef. I would love to be on cutthroat kitchen, I know I will do well.

I would love to see your chefs bid for a one armed straight jacket

And maybe if you had all male chefs one show have them bid on the highest heeled shoes you can find Chances are they cant handle the wooble

I'd enjoy watching the chefs make stuffed hamburgers There are many ways to bring them to their knees with this entree

My name is treana and i dont want to be on the show myself its my mom that i want to enter. She is a home cook but she is constantly being asked to cook for parties by friends and family. We always tell her she should open a restaurant but she just won't. I really think if given a chance she would shine on your show. Please just let me know.

I may only be 13 but I have been told by many many people that my natural cooking abilities and culinary instincts make me an amazing cook! This show whould definitly attract viewers if a fierce 13 year old was on it!
