Casa Moderna, the luxury hotel in Downtown Miami, appointed Chef Kenneth Williams as Executive Chef of Amuse, the hotel’s intimate 44-seats signature restaurant.

Kenneth Williams hails from the exclusive Fisher Island Club on Fisher Island where he was executive chef. He previously worked at the Fontainebleau’s Gotham Steak; the Delano Hotel in South Beach and The Sonesta Beach Resort in Key Biscayne.

Amuse serves breakfast, lunch, cocktails and dinner as well as handcrafted cocktails
