For just four days, from June 7 through June 10, the space belonging to Joshua Marcus, chef and owner of Josh’s Delicatessen & Appetizing and John Donovan of Chow Down Grill will be taken over by guest chef and Josh’s good friend Andrew D’Ambrosi, of Top Chef (Season 4) and Executive chef at Bamboo Bernie, St. Maarten.
