From Sunday through Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m and from 11:00 p.m. to close, Sushisamba Dromo’s sambahour celebrates Peru’s diverse cultural background and culinary inspiration with food and drink specials as well as surprise entertainment from contests, lessons and   unique, cultural performances.

Items on the menu include  $1(each) East and West Coast Oysters; Chorizo and Shrimp Anticuchos, Tuna Tiradito,  Short Rib Nikkei Tacos and Panko-crusted shrimp, cashew and aji panca  ($6) among others.
