The Chef’s Palette, the student-run restaurant at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in now offering lunch and dinner prepared by students in their final quarters in the culinary programs under the watchful eye of the chef faculty.

The menu changes every 11 weeks reflecting the season and offering a thematic focus of classical European cuisine with a south Florida flair.  
The Chef’s Palette is open on Thursday and Friday from 12:30 to 3 pm for lunch, and from 6:00 to 8:30 pm for dinner.
