On Wednesday, October 24, 6:30pm-9:30pm, Rosa Mexicano launches its first annual Fall Harvest Dinner. A 4-course meal (cocktails purchased separately) crafted by Culinary Advisor Jonathan Waxman, with appetizers like Fall Guacamole with toasted hazelnuts and pomegranate seeds; cocktails such as otoño rosado (pink fall) with Herradura Reposado, Pedro Ximenez Sherry; La Abejita with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, chipotle-infused local honey, crème de cacao, mezcal and fresh lemon¸ the menu continues with wild mushroom and chorizo salad with butternut squash; grilled lobster and scallop tacos with papaya and pumpkin seeds; and ancho chile pumpkin cheesecake.
