big city tavernAfter 10 years at the helm of Big City Tavern kitchen, Executive Chef Louis Bossi is now offering charcuterie on the menu including pancetta, house-made guanciale (unsmoked Italian bacon prepared with pig's cheeks), prosciutto, salami and lardo. In addition to fresh seafood, steaks, pastas, pizza and salads,  the menu also offers a variety of new homemade pasta dishes with local and seasonal ingredients and cocktails made with freshly squeezed juices.
