Starting June 1 and until the end of July, 2013 Sardinia Enoteca Ristorante’s co-owners Antonio Gallo and executive chef Pietro Vardeu are offering special three courses prix-fixe menus of simple, yet full flavored Sardinian cuisine for lunch and dinner and every Tuesday evening a Wine & Dine special with 40% off of select bottles of wine from its extensive, primarily Italian wine list.
The lunch menu ( $23 per person and served seven days a week from noon until 4 p.m.) lists a choice traditional Italian soups and appetizers such as cozze – mussels with Vermentino wine, thyme, cherry tomatoes and fregola; salads and mains including housemade gnocchi with mushrooms and burrata; spaghetti carbonara; panino tonato or grilled chicken breast, followed by a seasonal dessert.
