sushi sambaSUSHISAMBA Coral Gables’ new lunch menu features Executive Chef Brian Nasajon’s quick and affordable fare like salads ($14) such as the Robata Shrimp Salad with baby tatsoi, hearts of palm, roasted cashew, red quinoa and candied ginger vinaigrette; sandwiches ($15) as  Wagyu Sliders served on a sesame brioche bun with aji panca ketchup, shredded lettuce, tomato and fries or the Chicken Katsu with pickled rutabaga, sriracha aioli, avocado and mint; and Signature bentos ($16-$19).featuring a choice of 6 different entrées including  Roasted Chicken with kuromitsu-soy; Salmon Robata with sweet soy and Soba Noodle Salad with market vegetables and dashi-amazu sauce served with miso soup, a field green salad and choice of white rice of red quinoa. The restaurant also has takeout and delivery options to make office meetings seamless. SUSHISAMBA Coral Gables is open daily, serving breakfast 7am – 11am, lunch 11am – 4:30pm and dinner 5pm – midnight.
