Starting Friday, July 11, at 7:30 p.m. SHIKANY will offer a 10-course degustation menu at the 24-seat communal table.  

Chef Michael Shikany will prepare seasonal off-the-menu dishes such as Charred Presebas with Kaffir Ginger Leek Confit, Pear Pâté de Fruit, Blueberry Sake Syrup, Rosé Beurre Blanc and Brown Butter Powder; Toro Tartare with Pickled Ramps, Strawberry Preserve Gelée, Sake Kaffir Gel, Yuzu Glass, Mimo Chive; and a Caramelized Foie Gras with Black Sesame Sponge, Cherry Tomato Gelée. Menu is vegetarian friendly, but not gluten-free.

There will be one seating, at 7:30PM every Friday, and guests will be required to provide a credit card deposit for reservations. The menu will be priced at $125 and $180 with wine or spirits pairings.
