Back for the third year, db Bistro Moderne spotlights its famous db Burger –the Miami winner of Zagat’s “Best Burgers in the USA” – during Burger & Bordeaux throughout the month of October.   The three-course Burger & Bordeaux menu is available for dinner only for $39.

Credited with launching the gourmet burger movement, French chef Daniel Boulud’s ground sirloin db Burger is stuffed with red wine-braised short ribs (off the bone) and foie gras, and presented on a homemade toasted parmesan and poppy seed bun with a touch of fresh horseradish and oven roasted tomato confit and served with perfect Pommes Frites. While db Bistro Moderne presents over 150 affordable wines beginning at $25 per bottle, this year, chef Boulud suggests pairing the decadent burger with a glass of Les Cadrans de Lassègue, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru 2011 (valued at $72).  225 Biscayne Boulevard Way, Miami, FL 33131 | 305.421.8800 | www.dbbistro.com/Miami
