Villa Azur has spiced up their menu with three new dishes crafted by Chef Erwin Mallet and Pastry Chef S├ębastien Feneyrol. Each of the new menu items is infused with the flavors of fall like an appetizer of Crispy Foie Gras Tart with chanterelle mushroom, red wine and shallot confit ($26);  the seasonally-inspired smoked salmon-crusted pan-seared scallops with butternut squash flan ($40); and the Meringue Medusa with raspberries, pistachio and crumble ($14).
