 Starting Sunday, March 15, from 11am-3pm The Vagabond Restaurant & Bar is offering a brunch prepared by  chef Alex Chang, with items such as Quesadilla of Oaxacan string cheese, squash blossoms, epazote, two eggs, and salsa tatemada, Yeasted waffles, plantain butter, mascarpone, maple, and Shakshouka, merguez sausage, Lebni, fermented potato flatbread and more.  Signature drinks will be served, and from 1-5pm, guests can head over to the hotel pool bar to enjoy live music from Vinyl Boulevard.
