Spin Break is the new Happy hour at COYA’s Pisco Bar on Thursdays from 8 p.m. to midnight  and Fridays and Saturdays from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.,  with  live DJs, cocktails and a bar bite menu of Tuna Tacos, Ox heart Anticuchos, grilled octopus with Peruvian olives, Calamares Fritos, grilled tiger prawns, tamarind glazed pork back ribs, and the signature COYA Ceviche platter .

The Pisco Bar offers a wide-range of premium spirits; rare Whisky from Japan and Scotland, premium Vodkas   and Gin and an impressive selection of Pisco, Tequila and Mescal.    Mixologist and Pisco expert Maria Pottage who  hails from Peru,  is a wizard in cocktail crafting and  oversees the Pisco Bar program.
