From Monday through Thursday, 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Gibraltar’s Executive chef Jeff O’Neill offers a three-course prix fixe selection from his modern, simple yet gastronomic menu at the waterfront restaurant priced at $40 per person.
On the menu there are dishes such as Iced regional oysters with spiced mignonette, crunchy pineapple, pink pepper; steamed mussels, with coconut & coriander ; roasted organic chicken ‘au jus’ with spinach, bacon, mushrooms, potatoes & onions; swordfish steak ‘Niçoise’ with cured tomatoes, string beans, artichokes & olives; Steak frites with truffle parmesan fries and desserts . Gibraltar, Grove Isle Hotel & Spa, Four Grove Isle Drive in Coconut Grove is open seven days a week, for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch.
