The Biltmore is offering week-long hands-on summer cooking camps for kids (6-8), tweens (9-12), and teens (13-16). Each session taught by the hotel’s acclaimed chefs teaches basic components for cooking such as kitchen safety, classic techniques and ingredients of Italian and French cuisine, techniques of baking and pastry, and menu planning. The weekly camp sessions are $375 and include lunch, aprons, and class material. Sessions are from 9 am to 2 pm from June 14 to July 30.
