From Monday through Fridays, MIA's Executive Chef Gerdy Rodriguez is offering executive lunches with a different menu every day at $14.95 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
Lunch includes an organic green salad to start, a glass of wine and a main course  such as ox tail estofado with potato puree, baby carrots, pearl onions on Mondays;  arroz con pollo with confit chicken, chorizo, green peas, creamy saffron rice on Tuesdays;  Braised beef cannelloni, red wine sauce, parmesan béchamel on Wednesdays; arroz con calamares – a squid ink risotto with grilled calamari and Serrano ham crisps on Thursdays and cochinillo on Fridays.
The regular lunch menu – which includes entrees such as freshly caught day boat fish, salads, sandwiches and sushi, tiraditos and ceviches – is also available.
Mia is open Monday through Friday for lunch 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.; a limited menu is available between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.  Dinner is served nightly from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.; on Fridays and Saturdays from 6 p.m. to midnight.  A late night menu is also available Friday and Saturday nights until 2 a.m.  Happy hour features half priced drinks from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Mia, 20 Biscayne Boulevard, at the corner of Biscayne Boulevard and Flagler Street; entrance on Flagler Street.   305-642-0032 ,
