Executive Chef Jonathan Wright and his team of specialty chefs from Singapore, Thailand, China, India and Indonesia have a store of new dishes in mind at The Restaurant in addition to the appetizers, Dim Sum, Soups, Curries, Tandoor dishes, Noodles, Seafood, Meat and Poultry signature creations the Restaurant is known for.  “Summer at The Setai” Prix-Fixe Menu priced at $50 (USD)., which will change weekly, includes freshly baked Indian Nan Bread, Indonesian Fish Crackers and fresh Achars and Pickles, followed by an Amuse Bouche preceding a choice of three appetizers, entrees and desserts.
To celebrate the Restaurant’s summer menu and fifth anniversary Dwayne Savoie, The Setai’s sommelier, devised a “Bottleshock”, which features 60 selected wines from around the world with a score over 90 points from Wine Spectator  at 40 percent off the regular selling point.   
Summer’s culinary events at The Setai:
-    Balinese Hour – Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Beginning July 16 at The Bar & Courtyard with a Balinese Gamelan performance from 6:30pm to 8:30pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. A special summer cocktail menu featuring Asian-inspired creations will be served, as chefs grill complimentary Satay and serve on small clay grills.
-    Flavors of India – Wednesdays Beginning August 4  at The Restaurant from 7pm to 11pm. Every two months, a world-renowned Indian Chef will host an authentic four-course menu priced at $60 (USD) per person.followed by a glass of homemade Chai Tea and Petit Fours   
-    Thursday Night Jazz at The Setai Beginning August 5 at The Bar & Courtyard local and national jazz musicians and vocalists will perform live, playing classic, Latin, and smooth jazz. Specials on Taittinger Champagne by the glass and bottle will also be offered alongside a signature summer cocktail menu.
-    Dim Sum and Champagne Fridays Beginning August 13 in celebration of its Fifth Anniversary celebration at The Restaurant: a special Dim Sum and Champagne menu from 7pm to midnight priced $75 (USD). Every other month, the Setai will invite a specialty Dim Sum Master Chef to host and prepare an exclusive menu, alongside with Chef Wright.
