Every Sunday from 12pm to 4pm at  D. Rodriguez Cuba  Chef Douglas Rodriguez  cooks up a prix fixe brunch ($29) including an unlimited Sangria Bar  and playful twists on Cuban classics. The menu lists from plain yogurt  parfait layered with mixed berries and huevos rancheros over crispy corn tortillas, frijoles refritos and spicy sofrito sauce to ceviches, salads, vaca frita or crispy skirt steak with avocado and tomato chimichurri.  

There’s chicken ropa vieja empanadas; ham croquetas over tomato marmalade, sandwiches  like the Grilled  Monte Cristo with manchego cheese and Serrano ham on brioche bread; Chorizo pork Burger on brioche bread with potato match sticks & mustard and the Classic Cuban ham  sandwich. Desserts include torrejas, a Latin style French toast drizzled with dulce de leche and queso fresco  and chocolate crepes with Nutella.
