The Go Auténtico Cook-Off Challenge contest  recipes must be submitted by November 15, 2010 at http://www.caciqueusa.com/goautentico/landing  or can be submitted via mail to 128 W. Santa Fe Ave., Placentia, CA 92870. Participants can enter as many recipes as they want. The contest is open to all U.S. residents age 18 and over.
