Starting in January 2010, The Biltmore Hotel's Culinary Academy is offering a Culinary Boot Camp. The week-long camp or a weekend camp provides a unique opportunity to combine a luxury holiday while learning culinary arts in a 700-square-foot state-of-the-art kitchen lab, taught by masters such as Chef Philippe Ruiz of Palme d'Or, the 2009 Zagat Guide top restaurant for food, decor and service.
