The lavishly appointed oceanfront restaurant
is posh yet genteel and harmonious with delicious
food pouring out of the kitchen. Vibrant starters
like ceviche-like lobster salpicón martini and
chilled melon soup with Sauterne gelée with
a slice of bresaola are superb. The talented
Chef Jordi Valles also excels at cooking meat
like the Mediterranean-style surf-and-turf with
