LEGAL SEA FOODS TO AID TSUNAMI VICTIMS
Starting Monday, January 17th, and continuing for four weeks , Legal Sea Foods will donate $1 for every dessert sold in the company's restaurants nationwide. President and CEO Roger Berkowitz hopes to raise over $50,000 to be donated to UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund). "Every penny raised by our employees will help to make a difference in the lives of children in South Asia," said Mr. Berkowitz, who is also a board member of the New England Chapter of UNICEF. "For example, 24 cents can support one person with an emergency health kit for three months; just 79 cents can provide a single dose of measles vaccine." Proceeds will benefit children in the countries specifically affected by the earthquake and tsunami of December 26th, 2004. THE BILTMORE CELLAR CLUB CELEBRATES 10 YEARS OF WINE AND FOOD

CHINESE NEW YEAR CELEBRATION
On Thursday, February 10, 2005, the Chinese New Year comes to Mandarin Oriental, Miami to sumptuously usher in the Year of the Rooster. According to the Chinese calendar, the zodiac sign of the rooster represents a hard-working person who is not afraid to speak what is on their mind.
