THREE GUYS FROM MIAMI CELEBRATE CUBAN FOOD WITH BOOK SIGNING AND ART EXHIBIT AT SENTIR CUBANO

The Three Guys from Miami, Glenn Lindgren, Raúl Musibay, and Jorge Castillo, authors of "Three Guys from Miami Cook Cuban" (2004) will be signing copies of their new book, "Three Guys From Miami Celebrate Cuban," on Saturday, September 30th from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Sentir Cubano. Their recipes have been included in cookbooks, newspapers, and national magazines. They also have made several appearances on the Food Network, were featured in a Public Television documentary, have appeared on the Travel Channel, and are frequent guests on public radio. They will be interviewed on FOOD & WINE TALK WDNA 88.9FM on Monday, October 2, at 11:06 a.m. . Artist Tony Mendoza will join them with an exhibit of his new collection of artwork, "Little Havana Comida" and his "Little Havana Vignettes" series. HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH MENU AT LA COFRADIA, CORAL GABLES
La Cofradia Restaurant ‘s Chef Jean Paul Desmaison will celebrate his Peruvian roots during Hispanic Heritage Month, September 15 through October 15, with a four-course prix fixe menu, paired with wine: fried yuca with huancaina sauce, sole tiradito with Peruvian yellow chili and mandarin crème, lomo saltado risotto and desserts.
