Chef Dewey LoSasso and his wife, sommelier and restaurant manage Dale, are kicking off the week with a feast every Monday. For $36 per person, or $48 with a wine flight, you can have a three-course dinner starting with smoked salmon croquettes and serared crabcake-apple calabaza salad; followed by entrees like almond-crusted chicken paillard; skirt steak with corn and pancetta or annato rosted mahi mahi; and for dessert, that is before coffee or tea: ricotta-mascarpone cheesecake and chocolate bread pudding. DALÍ -DESIGNED OSBORNE BRANDY MARKS SURREALIST'S 100TH BIRTHDAY A collector's item, the Limited Edition of Conde de Osborne Solera Gran Reserva brandy in a bottle designed by Surrealist painter Salvador Dalí, is once again available in U.S. On the occasion of Salvador Dalí's 100th birthday, the special-edition bottle ($50), originally designed by Spain's renowned surrealist in 1964, is on view at the the "Dalí and Mass Culture" exhibition at the Salvador Dalí Museum in St. Petersburg. CACAO RESTAURANT CELEBRATES HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH through October 15.
With prix fixe menu at $20 for lunch and $45 for dinner. The menu includes for starters Venezuelan fish soup; seafood salada; arepa chips with cheese and black beans; entrées like rabbit with coconut milk or sherried beef with black beans and plantains. MOSAICO & SALERO PAY HOMAGE TO HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH, through October 15.

AMERICANA SUNDAY BRUNCH AT THE RITZ-CARLTON, SOUTH BEACH.

LE BISTRO RESTAURANT OFFERS SIX-COURSE TASTING MENU FOR $25.
To promote the classic French and lighter ''spa'' cuisine of Le Bistro, owners Elin and Andy Trousdale in Lighthouse Point -- Elin is at the front of the house, while Andy is in the kitchen -- are offering a six-course tasting menu for $25 (two- person minimum).
