DOGMA GRILL HITS SOUTH BEACH. HEALTHY BUNS WELCOME BEACH BUMS
Beach-bound Hot Dog lovers will now find the red and mustard flashing bulbs of the retro Dogma Grill billboard in South Beach, on the corner of Washington and 15th Street. This is the second location of the established Biscayne brand renowned since 2002 for the wide selection of hotdogs with over 20 varieties of toppings. The 2200 square foot restaurant with a dramatic red countertop, a raw cement floor, an open ceiling baring air conditioning ducts, and an open stainless steel kitchen will have a large indoor seating space with booths made in concrete with white lacquered tables. There will also be a large outdoor seating area with a road-style café feel. "In the design conception of the second Dogma Grill, we have tried to take a modern approach to an old-school theme - the hot dog stand and the hot dog itself. We like to call the style "retro-contemporary"," stated the owners David Tunnell and Jeffrey Akin.

The menu will be the same, as healthy as in the Biscayne location with natural, no additive beef franks (the Pushcart, the Chicago and the Chili; or The Burrito Dog - two grilled dogs wrapped inside a tortilla, stuffed with L.A. Chili, grilled bacon, yellow mustard, chopped onions, sour cream and melted cheddar cheese) , Veggies (Athens salad), sandwiches such as the Pastrami Reuben (freshly sliced pastrami served hot on a toasted bun with dogma sauce, melted cheese and fresh sauerkraut) and wraps like Grilled Chicken Wrap (grilled skinless chicken breast wrapped in a flour tortilla, stuffed with lettuce, avocado, dogma sauce and your choice of cheese), watered with their homemade Fresh Mint Lemonade.
