Third Annual BOCA BACCHANAL Winefest & Auction
March 18 - 19, 2005.

Boca Bacchanal Winefest and Auction is a food and wine celebration weekend affair:
Friday, March 18 - Vintner Dinners
Superb vintner dinners featuring celebrated chefs and prized vintners, set in historic sites, private residences and grand estates in Boca Raton. The dinners will take place at 10 sites, each an outstanding venue which displays Boca Raton's distinctive character.

Saturday, March 19 11:30 AM - 3:00 PM - The Grand Tasting "Luncheon Revelry on the Green" offering wine seminars presented by Michael Weiss of the Culinary Institute of America. Stroll, taste and enjoy delicious food "by the bite" created by 20 of the area's top chefs and vintners from around the world. To the sounds of live music. Mizner Park.

Saturday, March 19 - Auction and Dinner 6:30 - 7:30 PM Silent Auction, Reception, 7:30 PM Dinner,8:00 PM Auction at The Boca Raton Resort & Club, The Historical Society will also present its first Boca Bacchanal Awards of Excellence to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the enjoyment of food and wine.This year's recipients are celebrated Italian cookbook author, teacher and culinary consultant Marcella Hazan and legendary vintner Warren Winiarski, of the famed Stag's Leap Wine Cellars in Napa Valley.

NEW POWER LUNCH AT RITZ CARLTON'S BIZCAYA, COCONUT GROVE

CHEF PASCAL OUDIN ANNOUNCES FAIRE LA FÊTE : A BAR PROMOTION
