Thursday, November 23, Thanksgiving Day at Chef Allen’s with a menu of Crab Bacalaitos with cracked Corn and pineapple mojito; Pumpkin Ravioli with Truffles, Bitter Greens, Tarragon Butter, or Lavender and sage roasted shrimp with spinach couscous, dried apricot, Banyuls syrup; Jicama, mango and watercress salad with pomegranates and Champagne Vinaigrette, or pistachio crusted goat cheese with organic wild greens, Cara Cara oranges, honey - fig vinaigrette; for main dish: Key Lime mojo roasted turkey with bread fruit and apple cider stuffing, Brussels sprout succotash and cranberry chutney , or Za’atar roasted black grouper with parsnip whip, spice roasted pear, carrot ginger nage, or Shiitake crusted Chateaubriand with crushed saffron potato, warm Sicilian salsa, caramelized rutabagas ( $5.00 supplement). Thursday, November 23, Thanksgiving Dinner with an Ocean View at Aaria at Acqualina. Thursday, November 23,  Thanksgiving with a view in Atrio at the Conrad Miami ‘s dramatic 25th floor dining room: lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and dinner, 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.   Prepared by  executive chef Michael Gilligan a special three course menu priced at $55; from arugula salad with oranges, pomegranate seeds and goat cheese dressed with an apple cider vinaigrette to start, to the porcini-rubbed turkey with shiitake-Madeira gravy, apple and sausage stuffing, cranberry sauce with dried apricots, cardamom and port wine, and blue cheese buttermilk biscuits. Thursday November 23, Thanksgiving in the sky at the 7th floor Acqua at the Four Season Hotel Miami.  Thanksgiving Brunch  in two seatings at 12 and 3:30 pm. Price is $75 per adult and $25 for children under 12. and Dinner served from 6:30 pm is a five-course, holiday inspired prix fixe menu or dinner a la carte global cuisine menu. Thursday, November 23,  Legal Sea Foods Restaurants offer a complete menu in addition to a holiday turkey dinner:  slow roasted turkey breast , grilled turkey sausage, with roasted root vegetables, Yukons mashers, stuffing and country gravy.  Other entrée options include Wood Grilled Wild Salmon, Filet Mignon, Lobster, and Baked Boston Scrod.
