Carole Kotkin, is the manager of The Cooking School at The Ocean Reef Club. She is also food editor of Wine News Magazine, a syndicated Miami Herald food columnist, and co-author of Miami-Tempting Tropical Tastes for Home Cooks Everywhere. She was editor of the first South Florida Zagat Restaurant Guide.

Simone Zarmati Diament, the founding publisher and editor of The South Florida Gourmet and, is food editor of Gables Living magazine. She was editor of the first food supplement in a major Buenos Aires daily newspaper, and editor-in-chief of New York City in The Pocket.

The Show features chefs, techniques and recipes, new products and produce, restaurant reviews, interviews with cookbook authors and wine makers, food and wine destinations, current issues, and answers questions on everything from ingredients to techniques.
